3D FILE
PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Downloading a GENESYS 3D file means accepting these terms. Unless a model page states otherwise, this license applies to every file distributed through Area 3D.
What you may do
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, modify and 3D-print the file solely for your own private, non-commercial use.
What you may not do
You may not sell, sublicense, share, redistribute or upload the original file, a modified file or any derivative. You may not sell prints, molds, casts, renders, game assets or products made from the file.
Ownership
All intellectual-property rights remain with Technology Timeline / Project GENESYS and the named creator. Access to a file never transfers ownership.
Traceability
Downloads may contain an individual identifier, embedded mesh marker or signed manifest used to trace unauthorized redistribution. Removing or altering these markers is prohibited.
Termination
The license ends automatically if these terms are breached. On termination, every copy and derivative must be deleted and any physical commercial use must stop.
Commercial rights
